Principal's WelcomeNau Mai Haere Mai,
At St Leo’s, we want children to feel happy and secure to develop self confidence in a safe and supportive environment where learning is central to all that we do. Through our rich curriculum we aim to develop the whole child and encourage our students to strive for excellence. To enable this to happen, our very dedicated teachers aim to prepare our students for a future that is ever changing. This learning is underpinned by our Mercy values and encapsulates our mission “to love, to learn, to grow in faith”. At St Leo’s we embrace the opportunity to teach your child the skills, knowledge and attitudes to become confident, creative and curious learners who are connected to the community and wider world. St Leo’s is a strong and supportive community and it is a place where learning is fun! Please feel free to visit us or contact the school for further information. |

Dear Parents
The PTFA are planning our Quiz night for September 11th and are looking for some high value prizes that we can auction on the night.
Do you own or know someone that could loan us a bach for a weekend away?
Do you have a boat you could take people out on?
Anything like this that is good value for an auction would be great. We are open to suggestions so fire them our way.
Also looking for smaller prizes for silent auction and raffles. If you have something, these can be dropped to the office. Or if you are not sure it is something we would want, come and ask.
If you know of a business that you think would help us out please let us know or approach them yourself.
If you have anything we can use please let myself or Anna Rumble know.
These items help to make the evening a great success and help the PTFA to raise a bit more money.
Keep the date free and watch out for when tickets become available.
Kind regards
Renee
Today at lunch time our garden group harvested some broccoli, spinach and beetroot.
These will be for sale at the Victoria Rd gate after school today. A cash donation would be appreciated.
Kind regards
The Garden Group
