Last week the children in St Clare explored ways of using recycled materials.
The boys had a great time beating on their drums. Some of the girls decided to notate their music and perform songs to go with their drumming.
They gathered an audience and performed their music.
They recorded their performance on an ipad to play back to the class later. It was decided to add more instruments to their band next time.
Lots of fun learning, initiated by the children themselves.
